Really nicely presented wooden kits and excellent service

These kits are very nicely presented with wooden pieces that can be just glued together straight out of the box or can be sanded and worked for an improved look and varnished With the more complicated sets it s worth watching the YouTube advice video beforehand to avoid making any slip ups Worth mentioning that I made a mistake with the Rocket requiring spares and was really impressed with how quickly the company responded to my email and sent out replacement parts within a couple of days Excellent customer service and very enjoyable kits to biuld can not rate them highly enough

First class customer service

My review is very similar to the first one listed The kits are well presented well packaged and the instructions are clear However due to my ineptitude I managed to construct an item that was not straight and thus it wouldn t run smoothly in the kit I emailed Timberkits with my sorry tale within an hour I had had a very helpful reply I provided my address and the next day sufficient parts arrived to reconstruct the item This was all provided free of charge This is customer service at its best I will be a repeat customer

Outstanding customer service

I built the dragon kit from TimberKits The kit is very high quality precision machined wood and has made an excellent model When I emailed the company with a query about my model they replied within a few hours and the person I dealt with was incredibly helpful It was very refreshing to have such a quick response from a company and to deal with a person who clearly knows their products very well and was keen to help I look forward to ordering from them in the future Many thanks

Just completed the pianist Kit and

Just completed the pianist Kit and found it very enjoyable I lost a couple of bits emailed them got a reply straight away and had replacement parts come through the letter box the next day Have built a few now they require some thought and would recommend putting parts together without the glue first to understand how the mechanical sections work If you enjoy working with wood definitely try a kit out and with such great back up you can t go wrong

Awesome models and customer service

The models are very cool They range in complexity and can get difficult but my son loves them and it s great to build them together Furthermore their service is AMAZING We got part of the model wrong and as it s glued we couldn t undo it to get it fixed I reached out to their customer support to find out where I could buy replacement parts To my very pleasant surprise they just mailed me a bag of replacement parts the next day free of charge Really excellent service and fun bonding activity

Fantastic Customer Service

My order didn t turn up - probably due to postal strikes I have bought from this company in the past and their models are excellent Luise answered my emails and was an absolute joy to deal with I gave it a while to take into account post strikes but contacted her this morning and she s couriering my order to me What fantastic service and Luise has a lovely email manner too Thank you so much Luise and Timberkits - wish all companies were as efficient conscientious and friendly as Timberkits

Well packaged and clear instructions

I bought a kit for a birthday gift and I was slightly put off by the price but when it arrived it was clearly worth every penny The packaging and instructions were so we ll put together I was very impressed I bought the advanced traction engine kit and it is way more challenging than expected but we shall battle though Really impresses with the quality of everything

Demon dentist model

The second Timber Kits model we have built and although a challenge as stated on the box the instructions were clear and the supplied materials of good quality The end result is a fantastic working model designed by someone with a real sense of humour Their customer support was also very helpful - it s nice to be able to talk to real people who are happy to help
