A problem exceptionally well handled by Timbersource
Ordered some wood for 4 5m long shelving online and paid in full Received the confirmation email within the specified timeframe and all was good then I received a phone call from Timbersource A slightly nervous sounding employee gave me the bad news I assume they were nervous because they knew it was bad news I ve been there myself that the type of wood I had ordered was something they were unable to supply in the required length Before I could say anything I was offered an alternative that they could provide for the same cost which I was more than happy to accept I was asked if an earlier delivery date was an option something I was not going to turn down due to the exceptional customer service I had just received Sure enough new invoice quickly received showing the new wood order quickly followed by confirmation of when it would be delivered Delivery was exactly when expected including the pre-delivery driver phone call which i couldn t answer sorry Wood was slightly longer than ordered but other than that was in perfect condition as very well packaged Not bothered at all by the inability to supply the wood I initially ordered nor the planks received being longer than ordered as their website states this is always a possibility due to availability natural product variation all the usual stuff So I knew there could be problems going into the order and Timbersource dealt with them extremely efficiently so I would recommend them to anyone
