Returned a Chinese leather sofa from Wayfair in Dec 2019 delivered missing its legs acceptance refused I opted to check on-line with Saxon Furniture Their people worked with me to provide a similar sofa in style and color but 1000 cheaper with superb English craftsmanship So glad Wayfair screwed-up giving me an opportunity to purchase from Saxon I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking superb quality at reasonable price

A little England in Michigan

We were nervous ordering a high value item sight unseen but the Timeless Chesterfields website was so detailed and filled with technical information and great reviews we took a chance The staff in the UK are great best service and so helpful The pictures of the Chesterfields do not do justice to the actual sofa it is perfect and we love it It was delivered pretty much on time and the white glove service people were professional and quick Overall it was a fantastic experience Thanks Timeless Chesterfields for making our day and proving that old fashioned service and craftsmenship is alive and well

My experience was wonderful from start to end I live in Pennsylvania It was very easy to get in touch with Timeless Chesterfield They did a great job of keeping me informed every step of the way We opted to have the concierge service which meant our sofa was assembled and put in place and all the boxing materials removed Everyone who works at Timeless Chesterfield was wonderful Most importantly sofa is beautiful and professionally made and exactly as it was described We could not be happier

Excellent Purchase

After looking at many Chesterfield manufacturers we chose to go with Timeless Chesterfield and were not disappointed The leather samples were a great help in making our choice of leather and the product is of the best quality We would most certainly recomend Timeless Chesterfields and use them again

Beautiful sofas that do not disappoint

We ordered a 2x3 corner unit Chesterfield sofa in birch white leather in September We received the sofa as promised 4 weeks later in Sweden It is a beautiful piece and we cannot be more pleased This company is extremely professional and they make amazing sofas of the highest quality The entire experience was very easy from prepaying with our credit card to making the final payment by bank transfer and then the delivery company was on time and most helpful I would definitely order another sofa or chair from this company again A big thank you to Pauline Rushton at Sofas by Saxon She was our contact person and did an amazing job helping us get the sofa of our dreams

What can I say I waited a while for my 2 Wingback chairs footstool and 3 seater chesterfield sofa but it was worth the wait Brilliant company very professional throughout and I can t stop touching a staring at my new furniture They are all very very high quality and every time someone comes round they say how amazing my sofa is

I ordered 2 leather Chesterfield 4 seat sofas to be shipped to the US I received them a few days before Christmas after paying for the white glove delivery service I made certain my daughter was at my home for the delivery so I had a second set of eyes look over the sofas to be certain there was no damage I must say we were both extremely impressed with the sofas They are stunning and the workmanship is impeccable I am beyond ecstatic as this experience has been totally above the expectations I had My daughters will be placing orders for their own Chesterfields very soon Thank you very much Pauline Rushton for all the attention to detail you paid in ensuring all went well
