Non existant customer service

The customer service is appalling and nonexistent After TWO of my Timex watches glass broke without any major shock or damage I wanted to look into my repair options I have tried so far 1 Calling their customer service number call does not go through 2 Emailing them on their customer service email no response 3 Reaching out to them on twitter no response Absolutely horrible service Truly disappointed Even though I like Timex watches will not be buying one again

Customer service is non-existent I ve contacted them four times about an order that is late and no reply Slow shipping poor service Hope the watch is good when if it arrives EDIT watch did not arrive I ordered an additional leather strap which turned up but the watch which was apparently in the same box was non-existent Timex refused to refund the delivery fee and would only refund the strap 3 weeks after they received it The watch was never actually available in their warehouse but they chose to pretend to ship it anyway Avoid at all costs

Watches never shipped Customer service says to simply wait There is no warning on their website that there could be shipping delays My order still says it will be delivered within 10 days but it s been weeks and the order is just confirmed and my credit card charged I have to fight with my bank for the refund since Timex won t do anything I tried to leave a review on their site but there s no option to do so which makes it seem like their reviews are faked

I ll keep writing here until my situation is going to change Thanks to trustpilot to give me this way to talk to TIMEX but i seriously doubt anyone is reading this Simply because there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN EUROPE My package is ready since more than one week just waiting that people working for timex in amsterdam give it to dhl But unfortunately there are NO ONE WORKING IN AMSTERDAM OFFICE I tried to call every single day at different hours but nobody answer Be very careful before ordering from timex europe that s all I Can say

Purchase a Expedition North Titanium Automatic 41mm Recycled Fabric Strap WatchBought in January runs fast over 3 minutes a day I called to get it fixed under warranty from Timex was told I have to mail it to them In canada then it s shipped to the US then shipped to the Philippines for repairs was told I have to pay a possessing fee and would take up to 3 yo 4 months to get it back I paid about 500 dollars for this watch and will never buy another Timex watch again Not happy

Made an order Let down repeatedly by courier who gave three hours notice before arriving didn t ring bell left no note of having been There is no way to call Timex from the UK to report this the line goes dead UK customer service is responded to from the US ignoring problems taking up to a week to reply no chance of an explanation or apology Nearly 200 I don t seem to be getting back no explanation nothing Genuinely shocked
