Potential scam
I have opened an account with TimeX to see if I can get better rates etc for crypto investing trading but unfortunately it seems to be a scam product based on my observations - no phone contact- support chat is not working always showing error when trying to send the message - attempt to withdraw a small USDT amount has failed i e showing waiting for 48 hours for USDT and no transfer even after 48 hoursLooks like that I have lost my money and more importantly the trust in this company product - not recommended Update eventually USDT was received after a few days - good that the funds were not lost but the delay is way too long

Giant SCAM operation They have clearly STOLEN 0 38 Bitcoin at this writing about 23 500 USD by refusing to expedite a withdrawal for over two months Multiple support tickets have been received little more than vague promises we ll get back to you etc Zero cooperation Anyone having funds on this scam exchange should realize they cryptos are gone Expect nothing DO NOT upload funds or crypto to this site

SCAM The balances are not correct or stolen Customer service is not responding to several messages Same on Instagram official timex io page Still gave it a try and did a withdrawal of my balance Next thing was a never ending loading page of my account On Instagram CEO Sergei Sergienko is living his best life - now I know why because he is a scammer and steals money from people hoping investing on crypto What goes around comes around you now may fly high with stolen money Sergei but remember everything comes back in life PAY US OUR MONEY

I ve had a bad experience investing with Timex io Chrono Tech It looks like a scam - I wouldn t invest there if I were you It seems like the only one getting rich is their CEO Sergei SergienkoIf you ve got any money with them I d suggest getting it out ASAP Better safe than sorry
