I bought the car unseen but was reassured by Tristan that it was in great condition He was professional friendly and very helpful by sorting my tax number plate change all on the phone It was the right decision as the car was perfect when Peter the driver delivered it He drove 180 miles to deliver the car to me in Sussex and he too was extremely friendly and professional what a lovely man

I recently visited Tim Hayward Car Sales to view a BMW Series7 which was immaculate from the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and couldn t do enough for us Tristan was really helpful and made the whole experience very enjoyable I would definitely go to them again I bought the car which they had serviced by BMW prior to me collecting it I part exchanged another vehicle and I have to say that they were really fair with the P X price Thank you all very much

Buying a car from Tim Hayward Garage has proved to be a good decision on my part Customer service was first class and the after sales was brilliant I had a problem with the car at first which caused me some concern but a call to the Garage resulted in the car being collected the next day I live 60 miles away from the garage and brought back a few days later as good as new Staff have proved to be friendly and helpful and would therefore have no hesitation in using them again
