Love being a tiney childminder

I have been a tiney childminder for just over a year now and I m so happy I chose to go down the agency route and with tiney in particular They provided high-quality comprehensive training and close support throughout the registration process and once registered you have a huge wealth of accessible training and resources at your fingertips through their slick app experience which is constantly getting added too For me their quality assurance visit instead of Ofsted was such a supportive and positive process I know some childminders have some issue with Tiney s response time for in-app queries but I know this is something tiney is aware of and working on and is a result of their exponential growth and I ve never had issue quickly getting through to someone on the phone and they are always so helpful Yes they take 10-12 of your earnings but in my option you are absolutely getting value from them eg so much training sort out your insurance etc great community possible career development opportunities and support whenever you need it plus not having to deal directly with Ofsted is a bonus Would highly recommend tiney to anyone considering a career in childminding

Tiney was very helpful and always there to answer questions and give support only took 2 months to register and although they take a small percentage of your income it is worth it for me as i get so much support and help and dont have to worry about the paperwork side of things which saves hours of work

Hi my name is Prisca R Dieka I am a childminder and early years practitioner I am based in Enfield and I am an Enfield Tiney community coach I have worked in early years for 5year and gained lots of experience and knowledge working with babies toddlers and preschool I am studying Health and Social Sciences at the moment and I am in my 2years I have been a Tiney childminder for 3 years now and my experience with Tiney has been life-changing as a mum wife and career woman after a well-convincing conversation with Lisa Joining Tiney was a wonderful experience as the the team were very supportive welcoming and resourceful They offered me one-to-one support guidance and lots of administration support with my business and helped families throughout our business to afford a quality service and early childhood education for children of all Ethnicities backgrounds or religions It s my pleasure to be a member of the Tiney community and everything they do to support our community We have lots of CPD Training webinars one-to-one support and inset day we benefit by being a Tiney Childminder They are all well-trained to and provide a quality service for both parents and Childminder

My experience with tiney has been amazing from the first contact I had with them back in 2020 when I got in touch with Lisa via email and I have expressed my interest in training as a childminder I am a childcare professional BA MA Montessori Diploma- all in childcare and education and worked all my life with children Tiney s standards are high and for the right reasons and I benefited so much from the inset days they organized for us and additional training that is available as part of our CPD it is really wonderful to connect on regular basis with likeminded people Tiney are always looking at ways to improve their services both for childminders and parents I would like to mention the wish list that we have on our platform where we can express the things we would like to have more support with or things that would help us run our childminder more efficiently All our feedback is valued and I feel that my opinion always mattered It only shows their continuous support In terms of communication with tiney this was always fast and efficient both for myself and for the parents I really appreciate tiney s efforts in making sure childminding profession is given the statute it deserves in the EYE and beyond
