I ordered the egg2 luxury combo in a rush and they had only one piece left in stock for jurassic grey They always answered my calls gave me real time updates when I asked and were very cooperative in service and delivery I ordered it from India for my boss in London and I never felt the hassle of the long distance Thank you guys

Brilliant communication I was updated throughout via email at the progress of my delivery I received a phone call the morning my pram was scheduled to be delivered and again the same evening to ensure i was happy with the purchase I bought the mamas and papas occaro and it is perfect Il definitely be ordering from here again

Due to COVID-19 I knew the parcel was going to take a while to be delivered as it was not from tiny feet themselves it was bebecar Every time I emailed them asking for an update I always had a respond Customer service was excellent and on top perform considering how busy they are Would definitely recommend

The person in charge was very knowledgeable generous with his time and objective when explaining the characteristics advantages and disadvantages of the pram we were interested in The pram arrived within the expected dates We would definitely buy again from Tiny Feet if we were in the same situation again Note Make sure you book in advance and not just pop by the store as they might be out for a delivery as it happened to us

Tiny Feet is THE BEST

Tiny Feet is THE BEST We were looking to get a stroller very last minute before the bank holiday weekends and we tried to go to the usual suspect big department stores The staff there was unhelpful and almost laughed at us when we asked if they had it in stock I called Tony Feet and despite the bank holiday weekend we got our stroller The person we dealt with was super friendly and helpful followed up exactly when they said they would and got us exactly what we wanted Thank you Tony Feet
