I just purchased the modern doll house for my granddaughter s 2nd birthday As I was putting it together I thought I was missing a crucial piece so I immediately reached out to customer service Chris responded to me quickly and helped me locate the missing piece that was still tucked away in the packaging He even sent me a diagram and picture of where exactly the piece was in the packaging Thank you Chris for your quick response and help The doll house was super easy to assemble and I can t wait for my granddaughter to enjoy this cute little house for years to come
