1st time coming to Mavis and I will definitely recommend to friends and family It was nice being able to make a reservation beforehand and it s being honored Michael Leger promptly opened the door for the few customers waiting outside for the store to be opened and greeted each and every one of us After inspecting my car tires he explained my replacement options what he had in stock product warranties and estimated cost While I waited for my tires to be changed I was able to observe that Michael greeted every customer in his customary friendly manner I also observed he treats the shop employees in a very respectful manner Michael would every so often provide me an update on the status of my car It was a very nice experience coming to Mavis for the 1st time and I think Michael was key in making it an even greater experience
