I drop my car off on Tuesday evening because of a nail in my tire On Wednesday morning I was at the shop and spoke with the manager Rick about the tire gave him my keys and went on my way I returned 7hrs later and no fixed tire After confronting Mr Rick about his disrespectfulness And not informing me that if there was a problem I would have went elsewhere but to hear a bunch of excuses was not acceptable to me I choose Not To do business anymore with the aloma Location in Winter Park FL Rick being disrespectful with the fact I was there at 7 30 am and to returned 7hrs later and you didn t even make a attempt to fix my flat is unbelievable Was l not the right COLOR MY NAME IS CURTIS

They are liars They advertise free brake inspection but in reality they will try to make you have an inspection of your vehicle at a price I came in for a free brake inspection and that is what I should be given and to wait for two hours was unnecessary

I went there as the AC was blowing hot They said I needed a new compressor 900 later I left with my AC blowing better but not as cold as expected Less than 2 months the same issue the AC is blowing hot I spoke to the service manager Adrian who was of little help Please spare yourself the aggravation and go someplace else for service or risk being lied to boxed and bumped for services you do not need

CROOKS - 5 visits in 5 weeks

5 visits in 5 weeks still no brakes Went back to get a missing invoince and tell them all the charges on my credit card are being disputed As I was trying to speak to Harve the manager some thug tech named Trevor-Hypen-Buster or somting like that interveened and threated to kick my ass screaming obsceneties nose to nose on three different occasions and telling me to leave or he d call the cops and have me hauled off to jail Call em I said I ll wait The end result was I was warned for trsspassing and will go to jail if I set foot on the property again It just might be worth it 7 4 2024Used an adjacent business parking lot to see if Corporate had fired the manager and the stalker yeaterday No actions taken on such employees Aperrantly me being on the adjacent prorprty was tresspassing OPD showed up and yanked me out of my housein cuffs Couldn t even let my 84 year old mother what was happening She had no idea where I was from noon yesterday Made bail before but our faithful government employess took all night to process it

I was quoted about 1300 for radiator and thermostat repair to which I agreedWhen finished they said the thermostat did not need to be repaired Then a few weeks later the car overheated and they said it was the thermostat I want them to pay to repair my car and for rental car but they are stonewalling I contacted PA attorney general local TV and numerous complaint websites I believe my cause is righteous and will continue to pursue this until they make good on my complaint

Beware of anyone that lifts your hood to do a tire change This is not a safety concern or an insurance requirement If you have mechanical issues within a week of your after a tire change go to a different place
