An amazing flight attendant

I would like to say on my way back from Gambia I nearly passed out with food poison I was sick and very upset and distressed an amazing flight attendant called Justine Camp looked after me and went above and beyond for me stayed with me until I felt a bit better to go back to my seat I still feel emotional with her kindness

Wouldnt normally do an airline review

Wouldnt normally do an airline review as i usually fly with budget airlines this was a charter for Tui from Gatwick to Malaga ok out problems on return medical issue but dealt with so professionally by senior cabin staff medics called customer checked over by Staff medics and medical trained passenger take off slot changed by Control to 45 minutes wait but informed very nicely by pilot stacking at Gatwick but again informed by pilot all staff courteous and helpful at all times nice aircraft and a very pleasant flight despite the problems

As a passenger on the titan Airways flight from Edinburgh to lourdes tarbes on the 15th July 2023 which had already been cancelled by another airline the previous day I would like to bring to your attention how good your airline and staff were particularly the girls from the cabin crew Despite a lengthy delay nothing was too much trouble for them we were constantly kept fed and watered which was amazing since a great number of passengers were sick pilgrims and infants They kept us abreast of the situation always and when I thanked them one of the girls said they were staying on to look after us as its only a working day for them but a long awaited trip for us so thank you again these girls are a credit and an asset to your company

I always had a fear of flying and receiving an email saying that my return flight wasn t Tui anymore but Titan Airways made things slightly worse but couldn t be happier with the service that I received felt like flying with Emirates on a short-haul flight The whole experience was fantastic spotless clean plane and the crew really helped me to calm down and just enjoy the flight back home especially Jilali I hope I remember his name correctly who kept checking on me and my family for the whole flight offering drinks and snacks and playing with my little one I probably had an overall better experience than the flight out with Tui

Crew were very nice and helpful the plane was very comfortable I was able to see the pilots and they were very nice aswell I got some signatures for my logbook

I booked a holiday with TUI and my Titan flights were amazing

I booked a holiday with TUI and my flights were with Titan Airways but I feel I must let you know of the amazing crew on board my flight from Gatwick to Lanzarote on 9th June at 6 00 am and return on 16th June at 12 00 The cabin crew made us feel welcome and valued and gave the most excellent service They looked very smart in their appearance and were friendly and cheerful I have travelled all around the world but first time with Titan and it was one of the best of flights I have ever been on Customer service is of the best I have experienced A lovely flight both ways so my thanks to the pilot and the excellent service all round Please pass on my thanks to all of the crew for the exemplary service They are a credit to Titan Airways

British Airways informed us that Titan Airways would be operating their outbound flight to Athens We had a great flight clean aircraft and excellent crew

Gatwick to Innsbruck

We had an unavoidable delay arriving in Innsbruck due to fog We had two aborted landings followed by a 15 min diversionary flight to Munich where we had to sit on the tarmac to await further instructions During all this time the staff were excellent - all the cabin crew and the captain - keeping the spirits up of those of us the vast majority who decided not to disembark at Munich By the time the luggage had been located and removed for the 10 disembarking passengers - a lengthy wait - the weather had sufficiently improved and we were given the go-ahead for a third and successful landing at Innsbruck to much cheering and appreciation for the captain Your staff s attitude is to be commended during what could ve been a very fraught and frustrating situation

Always been a pleasure to fly with They tend to stand in for other airlines when they have issues and in my experience they have always been great New aircraft in flight entertainment systems and friendly crew
