Incredibly poor customer service and even worse aftercare service Log splitter is less than 18 months old and we were told that they don t even stock a hydraulic ram o ring and we should try and find one to fit after stripping down the hydraulic ram

This company doesn t even deserve 1 star I wanted to purchase a phone lead looked at the website and product looked good company said they were based in york in the uk so delivery should be quick but they are actually a Chinese company I had to wait a few weeks for the cable to arrive and when it arrived it didn t even work Shocking company

NOT a 3 year warranty

Don t be conned by the 3yr warranty banner on the petrol chipper page It s ONLY ONE YEAR In years 2 and 3 you ONLY get parts and YOU have to pay carriage So if the machine has multiple faults which are NOTHING to do with you or misuse you could end up paying a small fortune to get it repaired Worse still I phoned and spoke to Kirsty the office manager and she told me it was a full 3 year parts labour and carriage warranty It was only when I found their T C s did I discover the truth I challenged her and she said I didn t know that REALLY - So I will not be spending circa 2000 with Titan I don t like dishonesty

Ordered a new blade for my titan Poor customer services

Ordered a new blade for my titan chipper on Monday 6th sept morning paid 5 for delivery assuming nextday delivery rang customer services to be told rudely it was only sent out Wednesday 8th a 48hr delivery I asked why if I paid 5 did it take 3days for posting was told it paid for someone to get it ready packaging postage postage was 2 she was rude and offensive in her tone and manners definatly not an asset to the company plus tracking was useless you can only track item when it is being delivered and no signature required

Temperamental and difficult to start

I purchased this manual start model a year ago and find it very temperamental to start The kick back you get when it fires is painful

don t buy titan garden tool it is crab

Titan garden tools are robbish I had two in a year it is so easy to break I don t think worth the money they charge for Now I have borought unknown cheap Chinese made so far it works well Titan is only a name worsts machine money can buy

Titan rubbish

Bought a garden multi tool From the start it would not run properly Would open the throttle and the engine would just die I bought a new carb still would not run Total and utter waste of money It is now on its way to the tip to be thrown Please do not even entertain buying a titan product can not describe how rubbish it is
