Another titan conversion

This is another pharmacy we have gone live with Titan PMR switched from proscript superhealth pharmacy Titan changes the way a pharmacy operates We were struggling to do services when we were with proscript but now we are easily able to give more time to our patients One of the best aspects of titan is the EDO the number of tasks that can be done with it and the ease of use makes it a massive asset to the pharmacy We had Nas from titan as our installation manager and trainer she made sure everything went through seamlessly She goes out her way to make sure we are all looked after Support has been brilliant with most queries delt with within minutes of calling the support line I would 100 recommend titan for anyone looking

Maj was amazing during our transition to Titan He explained everything clearly and thoroughly and staff were able to fully understand everything being taught Overall Titan is a brilliant system and I cannot envisage working any other way

Vicky has been extremely helpful from the start of installation of titan through to starting to use in the pharmacy Vicky was very thorough with the training prior to implementation and on training day very patient and went out of her way to explain the process so everybody understood properly Since then Vicky has phoned the pharmacy to check if we have any questions which has been really useful Thank you

Had our installation about one month ago Very big change to our normal way of working We were supported by Vicky and Nas who were so helpful They took time to answer our questions provided us with aftercare and were so readily available to us when we needed them Really nice people and excellent at their work Very happy that they were there for us

Amazing system and team Always available to help remotely but stay on the phone at the same time throughout We have been dealing with Emily Pettitt initially with the account set-up then Becky Anderson has been training us as our implementor All very friendly patient and easy to understand Thank you for the help

Rating 4 5 starsAbsolute game changer for our store Busy pharmacy long queues Titans work flow and AI made a huge difference and now we are in position to take on more patients something I wouldn t have considered pre Titan Yes there are some flaws with the system and the help desk Don t expect a 100 complete software like pro script however no one else is changing the game like this software is
