Excellent value storage facility staff are very helpful and friendly would highly recommend

This is the second time we have used Titan Storage at Braintree Excellent facilities clean tidy and very easy access Cheryl has been very helpful throughout the process Makes house moving so much easier Would definitely recommend them to family and friends

All went to plan

From first contact onwards its all gone exactly to plan When the electronic check in failed the manual worked

I called the Braintree store and was greeted kindly over the phone by the Store Manager - Matt I have to say the service was brilliant and Matt made the changes I needed immediately and updated me on upcoming changes to access times system and dates with follow up emails Highly recommend Titan Thanks Connor Donald

I would give 10 stars if I could Dave Egan at the Telford branch is amazing He was super patient with me and very attentive to my needs Despite my last minute change of plans with a different company he ensured that my move in was really smooth and has gone above and beyond to make sure I got way more than I paid for - really truly generous On the day of the move he helped us lift the goods using the forklift and literally helped us move in too I m so grateful that what could have been a nightmarish day turned out to be a super fun move - all thanks to Dave I would highly recommend Titan for your storage needs
