Absolute waste of time

Absolute waste of time Purchased a boxing bag stand which looked really high quality It wasnt cheap but i was willing to buy it as it looked really good Paid around 400 shipping also Around a week later they canceled the order and stated my card couldn t be verified Lol I use this card virtually every day without a problem They told me to pay via paypal An absolute waste of time Avoid at all costs

horrible customer service

Ordered 240 worth of equipment and paid by credit card A few days later I recieved an email saying that they weren t able to process my order due to my shipping address being different than my mailing address I phoned in and tried to identify myself but they said due to fraud they still wouldn t be able to complete my order and they asked me to go to the bank and change my credit card to my shipping address This order was meant to be a gift for someone and don t see how they couldn t accomodate this I have never come across this type of situation and have used my credit card in the past with different shipping addresses with no problem whatsoever I asked to cancel my order and to my surprise they were happy to cancel it immediately As I am writing this I realize that I am happy to have canceled my order since I noticed all of their bad reviews It seems they don t care about their customers

Beware of International Delivery

All seemed good when I placed my order for a product of 99 00 USD They even gave me a 20 discount due to being a first time customer Once the order was placed there was quite a large shipping fee but I decided to roll with it because I really wanted the product After the order was placed and they already charged my card I got an email saying the shipping charges increased there goes my 20 discount for unknown reason and there would also be an additional unknown charge from UPS once the delivery arrived The cost of everything became outrageous so I had to cancel my order and now I m waiting to see if I ll get refunded Very unprofessional and inconvenient I will not be ordering from them again unless they make things right Not a happy customer as I like their products and was looking forward to ordering often

I ordered multiple items a few days ago Today I get an alert that sitewide there is an additional discount and free shipping I get on chat with them to get the discount on my items that have yet to arrive and was explained that its not going to happen guess what else isn t going to happen you earning me as a repeat costumer

speed bag ordered and paid for never received

i ordered a speed bag back in November after several weeks not arrive and not info on shipping date so i contact customer support and alert them that i will be out of town next week so please do not ship for arrival then as no one will be home of course after i leave town i get notice that it was to be delivered that day when no one is home After i got back from being out of town i contacted them again saying i never received it i was told that they would look into it After another week or so i again complain and request refund they say they will send me out another bag When the bag finally was received it was not a speed bag but rather a double end bag which i had no use for I advised them of this and never got a response

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT

I moved to the area near title boxing and I signed a contract because I had started a job and I was going to be living there for a while and unfortunate events happened in my life and I had to move back home which is over 2 hours away They refused to cancel the contract and they are either trying to make me pay my monthly fee or buy out the contract Even though I was attending regularly and there is no gym near me There are no exceptions made they will try to collect whatever money they can no matter if you moved and can not attend there is no gym near me the closest title gym to me now as 2 hours and they are still trying to make me pay Luckily my card expired and now dealing with collection threats corporate doesn t care Find a small local gym and help out local businesses LESSON LEARNED

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Customer service is utterly useless It s a shame because I really like some of their products I ve been waiting almost three weeks for a return to process since delivery to their warehouse contacted customer service multiple times to ask if they could just verify receiving my package However apparently their online agents have NO WAY AT ALL to contact their warehouse or so I m told So the best response I received multiple times is maybe it ll process this week if not maybe try back next week Mind you this is a package with a few hundred dollars worth of gloves I ve been a loyal customer of theirs for a while but this is the final straw for me If my return is not processed by the end of the week I will be reporting their charges as fraud as well as filing a report with the BBB Final lesson learned- NEVER ORDER FROM A COMPANY WITHOUT A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER

BUYER BEWARE

Ordered boxing shoes after confirming sizing with Title Boxing sizing chart and Nike s sizing chart Regardless of both stating I needed a Size 6 shoes were way too small Not only did they overcharge on shipping at time of purchase 19 45 they made me pay shipping to return the shoes 13 50 USPS Once return was received they had the audacity to not refund the full amount and even deducted taxes they erroneously charged on the initial I am out 34 80 for nothing They do not have customer service phone support and their return exchange policy is not clearly stated on their website Had it been I would have never ordered from them BUYER BEWARE

Customer Service is Rude

Customer service is rude and unwilling to help They refused to refund cancel my gift card I purchased as a gift and the only reason I was told was that the funds were already out there and can t be canceled Make sure you read the entire ridiculously long list of disclaimers before you purchase anything from Title Boxing There unwillingness to even attempt to helpful was amazingly terrible I will never recommended Title Boxing to anyone and I will never do business with them again
