I ordered a huf beanie

I was looking for a specific Element deck that wasn t so easy to find in Europe in that size Finally I found it on the Titus site so I placed my order The next day I got contacted by customer support because the item I ordered was unavailable unfortunately They offered me all the possible options money back voucher or get another item I went for a cheaper DGK deck so I let them know by email They sent the DGK deck out the same day and got the difference back on my bank account This was an exceptional situation that was handled very quickly and politely by the Titus customer service I give them 5 stars easily for the handling of my order

I ordered a huf beanie on titus shop and they sent me the wrong one i retoured that beanie and asked for the right one and after a few weeks i got my beanie and it was again in the wrong color i was really mad about that because they made the same fault twice the the customer service helped me out and they sended me a new one They made a fault but they made it all good again it s good website very good customer service and if you want to buy a product from this website then go ahead and have fun with shopping
