I saw your advert in the telephone directory and got an instant reply and arranged for a quote Engineer arrived on Thursday and sent us a quote that evening We replied to go ahead and the work was carried out on Monday morning Arranged the visit for 9am and engineer arrived at 9 spot on He completed the work and tidied up and explained the system operation to us We would recommend Titus alarm Prompt professional and kept to the covid regulation while working

Just like the last review I had 4 days of stress from this company Numerous promises of phone calls and appointments that never happened I had to keep phoning them and got every excuse possible I put my life on hold waiting and had to cancel personal appointments Affected my sleepDo not trust this company and their promises
