I am a bit disappointed this year with the quality of the tree I had asked for a 2mt full tree This tree has had several branches cut off maybe to give it a nicer shape and all the volume is pretty much on the floor I can not put packages under the tree

Great Tree Terrible Service
We should start with the positive the tree looks absolutely great I was hesitant to order a tree without first seeing it but it was not a problem at all However the service was quite poor In short communication did not exist from Tjalling annd we wasted three days waiting on the tree The details Our tree was set to be delivered on a Sunday but we never received a delivery time After calling we were told that it could be any time that day so we cancelled our plans and stayed home to wait Then the tree never arrived After calling at 19 00 we were told the tree would not arrive but would arrive tomorrow Again no 2 hour delivery window was given until we called in the morning We then were given a 3 hour window during which the tree once again did not arrive Finally on the third day again after not receiving any notifications the tree was delivered at 21 30 A smaller annoyance was that there was no assistance in putting up the tree as was stated on the website I would likely not use this service again despite the tree looking nice

Great experience
Great experience although the tree that came was much bigger than I ordered Luckily it just fit in the room Only side note the delivery guy gave me 15minutes notice that he was coming and could have been a bit cleaner inside the house there was mud from the tree but not too bad

Beautiful bushy tree and great service
The Christmas tree we ordered is even better than we hoped - it s super plump and bushy no bald patches it looks beautiful and it smells great too We ve had it a few days already and so far it hasn t lost any needles so cleanup is minimal The guys who delivered the tree even helped to bring the tree up to the living room
