Ordered two dresses Arrival time was about 4 weeks According to their sizing chart their XXL is a Canadian 20-22 size There is No Way this is accurate A-line flowy dresses BUT no give to fabric and bust size is at least 4 or more sizes too tight Requested return for refund Was offered 12 and keep dresses Not so pleasant back and forth later final offer was US 25 OR I could return to DUBAI At my own expense This company should be banned for unscrupulous business practices

I did not like the two dresses I received They were WAY too big s not true to size I am a medium These medium dresses were more like extra large I have tried to return these items and get a refund but NO ONE responds to the several emails I have sent Very disappointing experience Beware of fraud

I have not received anything in my order have had no response from contacting service tluly Disappointed since I ordered holiday outfits with plenty of time for delivery Thankfully I paid through Klarna and stopped future payments and will file fraud get a refund I knew it was too good to be true as far as prices

Order arrived and nothing fit and quality was poor Attempted to return Order was 168 and they offered me 40 to keep the items I declined and a series of emails followed offering 60 then 80 then 88 Return address does not align the website store address

Took 4 weeks to deliver Ordered 3 items Sizing was off and swimwear was flimsy Website says easy returns Sent email requesting return address They offered to credit me 25 then 36 then 45 Final offer said they are in Dubai and I would have to pay shipping They never did give me a mailing address Won t order again Horrible customer service and flimsy products Buyer beware

The product is not what it looks like in the advertising My product came with transparent material loose threads and the colour was different The fabric resembled cheap suit lining Attempts to get a full refund were met with partial offers blaming the issues on my taste or preferences and in most instances failing to even address my concerns at all During my process to receive only a partial refund their refund policy - which I reminded them of changed Steer clear

Order some dresses and they came in a different pattern and colors that thsle site showed Another one wss tissue paper thin and rather than refund correct or return they offer 1 3 back May not be in law but as a business practice completely fraudulent group

BUYER BEWARE This company Tluly frequently changes its name It does NOT provide a refund for any reason even if the garment has the original price tags in place with original packaging The dress I purchased is poorly made Although the company changes its name - the same dress was offered by Tluly Fyges and Rymyi the descriptors are the same tailored for mature women made in South Carolina up to 40 off free shipping over xx and free return within 30 days These advertised promotions are not true
