My experience was great lately I have experienced horrible experience with other Asian clothing vendors Selling imitation printed sweatshirts as knitted sweaters the clothes on this site are delivered as pictured and advertised and so no surprises or misrepresentations Customer svc is responsive No complaints and have placed another order for more shirts I hope they will stock more good quality knitted Icelandic type sweaters soon as I was stiffed on another vendor s site

I have never ordered from them before but everything went just fine I was worried when I couldn t get proper tracking information but that was due to Canada Post They do not put in the tracking until they actually have the parcel in their hands Overall I am completely satisfied

My order wasn t able to be fully shipped so I was notified that I could either cancel the part order or wait an extra 1-2 weeks for full order I was fully advised throughout my order and it promptly was delivered one week later
