We were given a contact of Carly Mills from TM Financial Solutions from the developer that we are purchasing a property with and Carly has been absolutely fantastic She has put so much work into our file kept us informed at every step of the way especially in this challenging market we have had to switch lenders due to the amount of time one lender was taking and Carly resourced another lender and we had a mortgage offer within 1 week I would highly recommend Carly from TM Solutions and we would definitely use her again and also recommend to our family and friends I would also like to say Aleisha who did all our processing has also been absolutely amazing Thank you so much to both of you we are very grateful
