High power ESC without documentation and support

Bought high power ESC and tested with two setups We had to find out that almost no documentation is available no protocol no data cable spec no firmware info and contacted support and sales PWM is to slow for a reasonable application Dshot is undocumented After three weeks of empty promises we still lack any technical documentation But I get promises that engineering will answer my question any day now
