Great customer service
Spoke to a lad named Dexter couldn t have done enough for me Spoke to me like an actual person like I d know him years and not a client or someone he was trying to shake down for money and get off the call as fast as possible Couldn t recommend this company and what they do enough especially for young parents Cheers Dexter for all the help you provided and how easy you made the whole thing for me 10 10 outstanding at his job and an even better person

The whole experience was straightforward authentic honest and I felt in extremely good hands with Michael Considering the gravity of the topics he handled what could be considered as tough questions with grace the right amount of humour and transparency I d highly recommend Tom based off of this experience

Fantastic clear explanation of the product
I spoke with Gary and was very reassured by how attentive and understanding he was to the personal circumstances I raised and how the product could apply to me Everything was very clearly communicated and Gary was very patient as I asked a ton of questions to properly understand how to submit the application and how the policy would work I m covered at a very competitive rate and would highly recommend this service

Have put off arranging life insurance for a little while as some companies seem to make the process unnecessarily difficult Spoke to Robert and Liam at TOM a couple of times they made the process very simple and straightforward Great company excellent customer service great product and price
