If you unsubscribe from mailing list they re-subscribe you spamming you forever

I bought an item years ago and because they have my email in their system they ve been spamming me nonstop Every time I hit unsubscribe at the bottom of every Tommie Copper s email it redirects me to their site and instead re-subscribes me all over again without an option to remove my email from their mailing list I want to make this stop from the ten emails I get daily When I say TEN I mean TEN OR MORE

I would give them a zero if I could Do not ever order anything from these people they used USPS for delivery- the package was dumped 1 4 mile from my house at our locked gate but we NEVER saw it So even with a police report and proof the package was never delivered to our house they refused to issue a refund -poshmark gets 5 stars for refunding the other missing package in two days This is a lousy company with NO respect for their customers Steer clear of them

If I could give this company a ZERO I would but it is not an option It is Impossible to remove this shady company s emails Their unsubscribe option is useless and gives you NO option to unsubscribe is that even legal I received 84 emails so far in January Customer service keeps telling me I am off the mailing list but every month I get another 80 plus emails Do not buy from this company unless you want 80 plus emails Even if Tommie Copper products are good I would NEVER buy from you based on Tommie Copper refusing to remove me from their email list

Canada they don t want your business

Ordered compression wear for my husband online supposedly Canada TC I must have missed the check your order - before I knew it I had paid US on items and 75 for delivery never paid that kind of price for delivery it s Canada not Russia Called customer service within 5 mins Said they couldn t cancel the order Never order again

WORST Customer Service

I have been trying to get into contact with these people for the last week I have sent 3 emails with no response I have called 4 times and held as long as 44 minutes I wfh so I just threw the phone on the table 30 minutes 17 minutes 14 minutes No answer I want the refund 124 for my items that they claim via email were received as a return I will be going to the Better Business Bureau next This is super frustrating and discouraging Amazing that they got Chris Meloni to do commercials for them I would never recommend this company

Uncomfortable product and no refund after returning

Bought some shirts from Tommie Copper Felt comfortable buying because of their 60 day money back guarantee Shirts were uncomfortable so I shipped them back After 3 weeks from confirmed delivery of the return I still had not received my refund I then sent them an email message inquiring about my refund through their website - zero reply after 3 days Now I have to contact my cc and dispute the charge Total trash company UPDATE 11 MINUTES AFTER I POSTED THIS REVIEW I RECIEVED A FULL REFUND

40 minute wait time to speak to a customer service rep Although their product was cutting me under my armpit and I wanted to try a different product they would not pay for return of the item or any future items that I was wanting to try This is an expensive item yet no customer service was offered Customer service rep disconnected the call before I was done speaking Very disappointed in Tommie Copper

Items were inferior and did not stand up to their advertising Fit was loose and was not a posture shoulder bra as advertised Very flimsy They guarantee however fail to say YOU have to pay to return it if it is not right I will not order from them again It should be stated on the order form Tried to call and hung up after 20 minutes of listening to music and getting no answer Got an automated email in response to my email and they insisted I need to pay the return postage for the falsely advertised poor quality garment
