I had the worst experience with Tomo
I had the worst experience with Tomo Very unprofessional they made me wait one month for the bottle and then they didn t even deliver it I kept following up but it was futile They kept dilly dallying for a month and then i got frustrated as I still didnt get it I asked for a refund and it s still not received obviously I m never going to recommend it to anyone or ever buy it again

FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE
The customer service with this company is exceptional I placed a order and made a mistake on one of the items I needed I sent a email inquiring if I could get the right item and within no time they had corrected MY mistake This was also on a Sunday when most companies will not give you the time of day The gorgeous drinking bottles they have are to die for Great quality It is rare to find really good customer service these days but this company can definitely be proud of theirs
