The only company that has cracked the code of Mazda s ECU finicky-ness to programming aftermarket keys I found many professional locksmiths can t or won t due to many failed attempts Tom s figured it out The important factor is getting them an accurate and as high a resolution as possible photo of your existing key

Tom s key worked with me to resolve an unusual issue
I ended up with what appears to be an unusual case The locks on my SUV are slightly divergent where the photo key didn t unlock all the locks It worked reliably in the ignition and the driver s door but not the rear hatch Tom s key worked with me to resolve the issue creating a second key which ultimately was the solution

Great customer service
Great customer service I had a problem with my order by ordering a key but forgetting to add the key cutting service and they were able to adjust my order to include it It prevented the key getting sent uncut and having to send it back

Good key programmer and good troubleshooting help
I had a little trouble programming at first but was able to get some advice from customer service They helped me figure out that the aftermarket keys I got from eBay were defective I bought some oem keys instead and it worked perfectly first try This was on a 2014 Toyota Prius with the TSL-2 programmer

Exactly what I was hoping for
I ordered a replacement key fob and programmer from Tom s Keys at almost half the cost of what a locksmith wanted for just the key fob Received the package in half the expected time Just programmed the new key fob in about 10 minutes Super easy and simple Clear instructions The programmer is awesome Highly recommended

Using Tom s Keys for all replacement needs
Easy to find what we needed for our car Simple to use the programmer to program the key and then the remote I had ordered a different key of the remote programming didn t work Didn t end up needing it and was able to easily send it back no questions asked Communication was spot on and everything worked out better than expected Whenever we need to replace a key I am coming here to get it accomplished Thank you
