Paid for express delivery and nothing

Paid for express delivery and nothing ever was delivered Contacted the customer service via email who sent a response saying they d look into it and never replied to my other emails chasing up These places need to start providing a phone number

DON T BOTHER

DON T BOTHER - Ordered in OCT Tonic had to re ship my order again early Nov as apparently my order got lost however when I checked delivery tracker it stated they were still waiting for Tonic to send the package I am still yet to receive my parcel and they have not refunded me Will not even bother to order from them again

BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM TONIC 15

Placed my order on the 1 5 but until this date 11 5 I have not receive nor receive any update regarding my order Just went in to check their website A lot of things seems to be on sale and please think twice before ordering I probably might not get or receive what I have paid for I should have check this company on trust pilot before ordering BIG MISTAKE

I ordered the product for the first time on 7 11 24 on tonic15 I received confirmation of the purchase of the product by email and a week later there was no information from the company and they do not respond to the email either

Recently I ve got an add on my Instagram showing some K-beauty products from Tonic 15 Not gonna lie but I thought it s one of those scam websites but I followed them anyway and I ve noticed a lot of people are posting about them so when I saw that they doing a free next day delivery deal before Christmas I thought why not to try some of the products I have to admit I am really please with the service my stuff came in very quickly and I even got a nice little present in a form of a face mask which is soooo nice I am really happy I ordered from them cause they have a great selection of Korean skincare and I m 100 sure I will order from them again

I really love the products they sell and I am happy to have this e-shop in Europe The experience with the website itself was very nice Unfortunately they use Royal Mail for the delivery which tends to be bit slower and my package came to me quite damaged but nothing terrible happened to the products themselves so overall 10 10 experience Will definitely order again from them

I love TONIC15 I m so pleased that I found a UK based K-Beauty shop with such an amazing range of genuine Korean skincare They stock many brands comparing to others so there s something good for every wallet The website is easy to find old and new favs and with all the product information you need Yes I m an ingredient list nerd They e-mail me about their offers and I always grab the chance to restock my favs in even better price Lovely free samples with every order and also there s a rewards point system where you get discount vouchers I keep forgeting to use mine it s on - 15 now Very fast delivery too I couldn t ask for more I ve become a regular and I definitely recommend TONIC15

New go-to skincare site I ve bought it from TONIC15 for the first time and it was really lovely A great range of high-quality brands came very quickly and with lots of nice tester freebies and one was almost a full-sized product I m really impressed also with the quality of the product I ve got feels amazing on the skin especially the- I m from Rice Toner Recommended to my friends and definitely coming back again
