All unhelpful people and good in putting you in trap Took my 34 after i subscribed in 90 pence which I opted by mistake And requested refund but they refused saying it s over a week now I mentioned it s a genuine mistake I forgot to opt out but no discretion was given Greedy bloody And while cancelling subscriptions it s designed so misleading and the page was not even accepting to cancel subscription Don t fall in their trap

This company and service is a scam Very questionable practice which gives the user very little information before charging exorbitant amounts for a very poor product Avoid avoid avoid

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed to see an unauthorized subscription charge on my account I only used their service once and never signed up for any subscription Moreover no clear notices were provided to inform customers that their subscriptions would be automatically renewed This behaviour is unacceptable and unethical Charging customers without explicit consent or clear communication is not only misleading but also deeply disappointing

Do Not Use Likely scam

Same experience as many others have shared with small payment of 1 90 for what was clearly offered as one-time product service with no account set up and no emails even received from them regarding purchase confirmation etc and then week later it has miraculously turned into a subscription Anyone who has already made the purchase contact your bank and get card blocks on transactions cancelled

DIRTY DIRTY COMPANYThis company is nothing more than a criminal enterprise Firstly they provide a service they charge you for You pay unbeknown to you that this website without even giving you an account has auto enrolled you into a subscription In a nutshell you have no option to cancel because you don t even have access tp anything If you use your mobile you will never even have the option to cancel then they start charging you 34 99 The responses you get from the company are even worse - referring you to the account section you never even signed up to

Is there the option for a Zero star Do not trust this website They will take your money despite you cancelling the service They will charge you before your 7 day trial They say there is no record of unsubscribing but it s done within your account online so of course there should be a record of it

DO NOT USE This is a Scam You are lured into the 7 day subscription for 0 90 then auto opted into a 34 99 payment which you cannot cancel despite the Support pointing you to use the account setting section of their site which does not work So I will be calling my bank to put a stop to paying the company or honouring future payments

French company with a US front - they announce and charge one price 0 9 or 1 90 but then charge you with 34 99 - this is on pale grey font and I cannot find on T C
