Excellent customer service
I ve used topcake ie a few times and I m always happy with the quality of the product and speed of delivery This time I contacted customer services to request some changes to a template as I m having a joint party and they were very helpful and quick to respond I then accidentally ordered the wrong size but emailed them and they said it was no problem as it hadn t yet been printed I m delighted with my order which arrived the next day

I needed edible cake topper at last minute Not only did they supply and deliver in a day They went above and beyond to help me choose borders that s would compliment original photos They worked on photo as my image were blurry They are amazing company to deal with Happy to recommend this company 5star

Excellent customer service
This lady saved the day I ordered cake topper bits and didn t give myself enough time and what with the bad weather recently etc an post had a major issue delivering them I contacted top cake by email who actually sent me another set of cake topper bits which arrived immediately Her communication is excellent I was getting immediate replies and she couldn t have been more helpful The toppers themselves are brilliant exactly as they are on the website with really clear instructions on how to use and apply I will be using again
