I did not sign up to this company snd yesterday they debited money from my account please help me retrieve it top gamer is a scam

Blatant scam

I saw a sponsored add on Facebook stating that the local airport was selling all of their lost luggage that hadn t been picked up within 6 months and ordered a suitcase now i know this was a scam However when i checked my mail I d recieved a mail from topgamers store also known as tvmarket club stating that I d signed on for their gold membership The mail stated that the membership couldn t be cancelled before at least 24 hours had passed When the 24 hours had passed i followed their instructions on their website to try and cancel my membership but nowhere on their website was this possible When i clicked cancel membership it would show a pop-up textbox asking if i was sure with the only clickable option being to close the tab This is a blatant scam and there s nothing you can do as soon as they get their hands on your credit card information Block your card as soon as possible and report it to your bank and the local authorities to ensure that they won t be stealing any more of your money disguised as an unwilling and non-consensual automatic fake membership renewal that you cannot opt out of Edit Since posting my review two weeks ago they ve called me and sent me multiple texts and mails stating that IF i change my review to four or five stars and write that they are being cooperative they will initiate a refund as soon as they CONFIRM the rating change Trustpilots terms and conditions for users clearly state that accepting incentives from the business for altering and deleting reviews is illegal I find this request highly inappropriate and I ve declined

Wouldnt call them trustpilot more like rip you off pilot

i was told if I changed my feedback I would get a full refund I changed it and never got my refund so here we are changing it and wont change back They took my money then when I asked why said if I put up feedback they would refund me That was over 3 months ago now So should I trust them you tell me I dont think I should they make people change bad feedback to get good reviews then do this NOT HAPPY with the treatment

They emailed me asking me to change my bad review saying that the problem has been solved and they will refund me my money after I ve done so They also asked me to change my review to 4 5star My bank has refunded me the money I lost This site is a TOTAL scam I ve just had a reply asking for more information but I can t input it anywhere Just check your email on 2 9 24 to me and you will be able to get all the info
