Kim did what we needed in less than 10 minutes We made a mistake on the request which led to the wrong flight being booked Although it was our mistake she changed it for free and again she did it immediately She also advised us on the right flights to take for our circumstances We had tried this previously with other suppliers and it didnt work This was perfect and she was also the cheapest In future we will not use anyone else for this service we will simply go to Top Onward Ticket Thanks Kim you were a life saver
