I am really happy with toptal I was very skeptical at first because the price is higher than what I was paying for upwork or another site but after using upwork and becoming tired with lazy developers with no accountability who lie I decided to pay more as they promise great people that they personally test to make sure they are great The developer I work with now is absolutely amazing I wish we worked together sooner He has outperformed every other developer I have worked with and they are accountable with timecards so you know what they are doing If you are on the verge just do it you will be grateful you did
