Excellent service from Torfx
I have retained the services of Torfx for over 10 years My account had gone into dormancy due to lack of use however when I spoke to my Account Manager Luke it was very obvious this company still retains and values speaking directly with customers rather than having us call wait long periods on hold and go through countless options waiting to speak with human Luke was very professional from the get go His British sense of humour and straight to the point attitude was just what I needed to hear TBH I had initially made a right mess of the first transaction and went online Luke made the necessary amendments to stop me losing money and we continued under his guidance I live in US now but boy was it good to speak with a Brit Luke was first class and I would not hesitate to continue with Torfx as a result of the daily contact I have had despite the Xmas and NY festivities Luke was on point and delivered a great product for me Just FYI I had spoken to Wise but they did not call me back when we had pre arranged then to do so and their management fees are excessive IMO With Torfx I have set my LO and will wait it out until that is reached Couldn t have been simpler Thanks Luke

Lucky Find
Chance that I came across TorFX while doing some research A valuable find for us for moving our living expenses funds to Spain for our visits 1 Marginally better rates than both previous providers 2 App is very intuitive set up by someone who understands the needs of a user 3 Speed of transfer - if funds are sent through to TorFX early in the morning they normally appear in Spanish bank account on the same day excluding weekends and public holidays in Spain or UK

Excellent service with a personal touch
We did some research first to find a good money transfer company and eventually decided on TorFx We are very pleased that we did as Jamie Walsh was very professional knowledgeable and easy to deal with We were doing a large transfer to family in New Zealand and it all went very smoothly and at a very good rate

The currency conversion from GBP to EUR
The currency conversion from GBP to EUR was fast it took only a few minutes from sending GBP from my bank to receiving an email from torFX that they received the funds The conversion rate was great better than in my bank My personal online manager Simon Johnson has always been helpful and quick to respond to my queries

It was my first time to transfer a large amount of money from the UK I was unsure and anxious about the whole process but my Account Manager Simon Johnson from TorFX demonstrated patience and led me through the on-line procedure step by step It was reassuring to be kept up to date with the transaction by emails The transfer was completed quickly and smoothly at a better rate than other providers I highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to make money transfers abroad

Number one for foreign currency transactions
First of all the help we received in doing our first foreign currency transaction with them was excellent Secondly the conversion rate was better than anything else we could have gotten Thirdly the costs were minimal Though we don t do many foreign currency transactions this will now be our first choice
