Sonik SK47 10 Rods and Total Fishing Tackle customer service

I was ordering 10 carp rods for my son and due to a checkout glitch and trying to buy a rod bag also from TFT but on Ebay I missed the flash sale window for the original choice on their website Contacting customer service they couldn t do the original sale price and after a bit of to fro I decided to buy a pair of Sonik SK47 10 rods Being unsure of whether to go for 3lb or 3 5 I watched a couple of videos and had an exchange or 5 with Billy from customer service and went with the 3 5lb rods for which I was generously given a 10 discount They arrived within 2 working days after ordering and honestly I cannot believe just how good the rods are They definitely look WAY more expensive than the price point with quality fittings Great gear at a great price and TOP QUALITY customer service from Total Fishing Tackle Just a brilliant all round package I will be back to TFT for more gear in the future Recommended 100 5

Just had a great experience with Total fishing tackle i was trying to order an item online but at checkout the BFCM 15 code would not apply the discount I emailed TFT and after a swift reply from them a payment link was sent with discount applied and my item was in the post Excellent customer service thanks to Billy and Amy will definitely use them again and would recommend them

The perfect service

I order items for Total Fishing Tackle and they were sent to location requested as I was on holiday and would collect on return In attending the location found out it had been sent back as not collected within 4 days I thought I had 7 days Anyway contact the company via email they were prompt in replying within the hour and after checking it was back with them They sent it out to myself straight away and I received it the next day What a brilliant and awesome service I cannot fault it I will be definitely ordering from them again and they were the cheapest in the products I wanted A big thank you
