Excellent service from start to finish
I ordered 3 pairs of work trousers - 1 of them being for my daughter who is quite small needed them for college Prices were very competitive but more importantly the customer service I received was superb The junior trousers were temporarily out of stock due to supply issues - I was kindly offered a full or partial refund but I chose to wait The trousers not only came earlier than planned but were sent separately with no postage fee Communication was excellent letting me know every few days what was happening to be honest clear communication at a testing time for customers of course businesses goes a long way I would highly recommend this company if I ever need to order anything like this again I would not hesitate to use them Excellent service from start to finish

First time buying from Total Workwear Emma who dealt with my order was fantastic Always communicating via email with updates on the items The order that I had placed was now discontinued but they never informed Total WW Problems resolved everyone was happy Yes I would recommend Total WW

Great prices and fast delivery
Before ordering I checked the reviews and was a bit put off however the basket and postage combined was about 20 cheaper than competitor and so gave it a go Ordered Sunday night items arrived Tuesday morning happy days
