Vietnam Trip of a lifetime

Day trips were great Tour guides were excellent very attentive and very knowledgeable Accommodation was great clean rooms air con good selection of food for breakfast Lots to see and do would recommend staying longer than 12 days

Fantastic safari and beach resort

Fantastic trip on safari finishing with a beach resort on Zanzibar Excellent from start to finish The office staff were so helpful as were our receptions at each country This was finished off with our superb guide in Tanzania Peter Minja His knowledge patience and sense of humour was brilliant For what you pay this trip was absolute value for money Well done Africa Safari

Perfect what more can we say

Everything on Safari in fact the all itinerary was just faultless Throughout Travelcompass have kept us updated and answered questions prior to us departing We were picked up at Mombasa airport and quickly checked in at Leopard Beach Resort The resort was fab with friendly staff certainly no need to upgrade to all inclusive as bar and dining options are very reasonably priced Our guide driver for the Safari Saida was superb as were our two travelling companions we couldn t have wished for a better couple to join us on a once in a lifetime experience The three national parks were so different to each other and out of the big five only the rhino we didn t see as I understand they are currently in a sanctuary The lodges were superb with fab views and importantly mosquito nets etc around the bed though we didn t get bitten once throughout Al in all I would defo recommend

From picking up the phone to enquire about a safari holiday nothing was too much trouble Catriona was very knowledgeable and helped us to plan a holiday of a lifetime Our guide Issa was amazing and made it his mission for us to see the big 5 All the accommodation was excellent and of a high standard We are already looking to book our next adventure with Tour Compass

Perfect perfect perfect

Catriona was our sales consultant and she was fantastic Patient and great communication We had 4 different destinations and within that numerous excursions It all went so well with no problems at all All the partners they use are exceptional and nothing was too much trouble Felt very safe and comfortable In fact its the best tour company experience I have ever had Highly recommend them

Best holiday ever

Wow What a holiday We did a safari holiday in Tanzania We did four National areas but the best was the Serengeti But we loved it all Our guide Ibrahim was the absolute best guide ever We saw the big 5 and experienced some of the migrating animals This was our dream holiday We stayed at High View Hotel Ikoma wild camp and Ngorongoro wild camp our favourite as giraffes wandered between the buildings The latter was amazing The staff everywhere were kind I can t recommend this enough I was in animal heaven

Outstanding Customer Service - Costa Rica Tour

Tour Compass offered a comprehensive 18 day tour to Costa Rica We travelled at the busiest time and there were lots of hotels connection activites so there was always at chance things would not go as planned but the tour was excellent There were a few things that I provided feedback on and they were genuinely interested listened and made me feel like my holiday was important to them It is how a company responds to issues when you truly know their worth I would actively choose to use Tour Compass again
