Touring Cars made our 3 month trip

Touring Cars made our 3 month trip around Europe so much easier for us Renting this modern campervan was far cheaper than buying a second hand camper which would for the price point of the rental not have met our requirements My only fault was the bed in the camper it was quite uncomfortable The company reps in Helsinki were very easy to deal with We had one or two issues and they dealt with them calmly and fairly Will use Touring Cars again

The Touring Cars Team is doing an amazing job overseeing over 200 campervans at their station with an outstanding performance As a family of 4 adults we have been planning this trip to Iceland since 2021 and we were glad to finally kick it off in March April 2023 The team of Touring cars managed the entire process with most care and diligent We are extremely glad that they have been accessible and prompt in responses The professionalism and service attitude is superb and we are glad that we chose them as our trusted campervan agent The quality of the campervan was great and we were properly introduced in all the features of the campervan and the specific traffic conditions in Iceland We had to purchase additional linen und duvets since the temperatures at night did get below zero Please make sure that you have sufficient insurance since the standard package only covers the basics It might be considerable to add windshield or tyre insurance since the street conditions are not optimal in Iceland Here are some further points that I would like to share and that could be improved Positive - check-in process was conducted with patience and care - emergency call reg a power outage was resolved quickly without any issues - provision of Samsung pad was great served as navigation w googlemaps and Wi-Fi Hotspot with 4 5G - free of charge transport to our guest house upon returnNegative - no indication was made that the N1 Badge at least 3 KR liter on the key chain could have been used as discount badge prior to each gas filling - the renewal of the gas bottle was complicated since we had to find a gas station to purchase a new one although the old one still contained gas the price for the new gas bottle of 10kg was 8695 IKR - wish to have a one-stop and worry-free return solution incl gas refill Overall having touring cars as reliable partner was a great relief so that our round the island trip was just amazing and memorable

Company is top clientoriented 24 7 available we had one question and they solved immediately clean almost new car professional onboarding So a perfect journey after a warm start Top performance keep it that way

Highly recommend avoiding this company Some agreed paid accessories and services were missing e g dirty bloody linen in bed dried food in plates confirmed wheel chocks missing etc and TC took no responsibility The company did not reimburse even the engine oil the customer had to pay and add during the trip even in a recorded telco confirms the reimbursement -by the original receipts they demanded taking from the customer All the relevant conversations were recorded by the customer yet the company declines to pay National consumer authority is involved The company is not even responding to them Arrogant personnel deceitful company Highly avoidable update While I appreciate the response received on this public feedback here no response has been given to me or to the national consumer authority thus far The reclaim was sent to TC Finland on July 14th i e 2 5 weeks ago

Very disappointed

We rented a motorhome from Malm for a 5 day road trip in Easter It had a lot of minor but still annoying defaults and 2 big ones the mattress for the middle bed was missing and both low beam lights were not working When we complained after the trip we were told that we should have called them and get it fixed during the trip so it was kind of our fault But we had quite a tight schedule and we were far from the cities so we didn t have time for that

RIPP OFF professionals STAY AWAY

Made the biggest mistake of our travels by renting from this company in Iceland back in 2019 ripped us off for over 700 euros for a rear view mirror damaged by a passing vehicle while driving at night Vehicle did not stop of course A rear view mirror that costs new 175euros
