I ordered a bed and a bench I received confirmation of my order right away I was notified when the order was in the hands of the delivery company and I was notified when a delivery date was set Everything was very clear and concise I love the bed The matching bench is way too soft the cushions are not firm AT ALL Overall I had zero issues
