Worth my expenditure even though not what I hoped

Did not get the answer I was asking for but fully expected that Otherwise the ease of getting started was great as was the usefulness of the final report The researcher did a fantastic job and would like to giver her many thanks for her time and effort especially during this COVID-19

Excellent Course

I am a beginner genealogist and I found this course extremely helpful I feel like it equipped me with the basics of genetic genealogy so that I can apply what I learned to my own research I thought the course format was intuitive and easy to navigate The course instructors were responsive and helpful on the facebook group I also found all of the downloads very helpful and I know they will be continue to be resources for me in the future

I asked Trace to help with my Sicilian family story The information I received was amazing in detail With the information I was able to go into Ancestry and find further family relationships previously unknown When I told my cousins one can t wait to see what I have learned I am looking forward to having Trace help with other family research

40 Year struggle - FINISHED

After struggling for 40 years to find information on my mom and her family in Austria I was amazed at the amount of information I received in just three months Besides the very detailed summary we received ALL of the supporting documents discovered during the search The Trace staff especially my rep - Matt Bistrap were all very professional and were very accomidating to my needs and worries I very much appreciated the updates sent by the system each time there was a change to the search status We were so happy with the results that we are signing on for a second set of searches

I have hired Trace for 3 projects and I have been very happy with all of their work Each project was to find the birthplace of a GGF in Italy Each project made substantial progress The reports were very detailed and even gave tangential information Now the 3rd project is complete After over 50 searches they have now identified by GGF s birthplace But even if that record had not been available I would still have given this company 5 stars

The self-paced DNA Academy course was exactly what I was looking for It was presented in a well organized format and was a great course

Rewarding and transparent

I appreciated that no one from Trace over-promised what could be achieved in a difficult search Also appreciated the transparent pricing and there was no subsequent upselling The final report contained information that I had not been able to find for myself and was well-written I thought it was money well spent and would use this service again if I come across another family history hurdle that requires some professional knowhow

DNA Trace Academy was Awesome

I am so glad I took this course I feel better prepared to understand my DNA results and help family members understand their results Knowing that I can come back and review any of the modules is very helpful Overall I m feeling very impressed with this course
