A personal service from start to finish We always felt there was somebody behind us if any arrangements in what was quite a complicated itinerary should fall through In fact everything worked like clockwork

Tour of Namibia

All the trip arrangements worked very smoothly The lodges selected were very good and we really experienced the highlights of Namibia Covid meant that the trip had to be moved from 2020 to 2021 and then again to 2022 This was handled with a minimum of fuss We received excellent advice and support throughout the planning process

Safari in the Green - great for birds tricky for cats

This was the 5th Safari I have taken booked via Tracks Safari so that in itself tells you that I have had good experiences with Sue Preater of the Company The organisation was good and all pick-up arrangements worked well It gives you confidence as a lone traveller that you will be well looked after Good pre-departure advice on travel needs visa inoculations Covid status etc and answered any questions I had The Safari camps themselves suggested Nomad Kigelia Ruha Nomad Sand Rivers Selous were good and with different landscapes which gave different experiences Very well looked after throughout by the guides and all camp staff Overall good trip with 184 species of birds seen and a good variety of mammals Cats were a bit lacking If I were to criticise I had not appreciated how difficult it may have been to see some things in the green However that is nature and as I have been lucky to safari before I had perhaps got a bit complacent So for my next trip I will ask a few more questions about what to expect However I will definitely head back on safari again and do recommend Tracks Safari

Track Safaris provide confidence in holiday booking

Track Safaris were able to advise me and organise our recent trip to Botswana and Namibia They covered the flights car hire and accommodation even ensuring that I was able to drop the hire car off at a small local airport something that was unable for me to do as an individual Good communication from Sue ensured that we were kept informed of the booking process any issues and also following up with us at the end of the holiday to ensure that things went well

Malaysia and Borneo

We asked Sue at Tracks to advise us on a holiday to Malaysia and Borneo having had such good experiences with her on previous trips to Africa To our surprise she agreed to arrange it for us despite this not being an area that Tracks normally offers As usual Sue worked with us to design our ideal trip including multiple centres across the two countries We have just returned from an amazing holiday - lovely varied hotels interesting activities including city tours a cooking class and wildlife viewing in Borneo and everything worked like clockwork Thank you Sue - we look forward to travelling with you again

What a wonderful experience from start to finish This holiday was a long time coming but well worth the wait Tracks Safaris selected 3 fantastic lodges all with friendly helpful staff and excellent guides Fabulous locations with wonderful animal sightings Everything was so well planned

Exceptional trip to Tanzania

We are experienced travellers in Southern Africa but this is the first time with Track Safaris who we met at Destinations Travel Show From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for Sue she listened to what we wanted to do and came up trumps Our trip to Northern Tanzania Zanzibar was faultless Our driver guide was excellent and our game viewing was mind blowing Accommodation was great Camping in Tanzania was amazing All in all we couldn t have asked for a better experience and would have no hesitation in recommending Track Safaris
