Really bad experience with this
Really bad experience with this company Placed an order with them and we were missing parts from our order and they are not willing to fulfil their order They also delivered an order to the wrong address It is impossible to get hold of a manager and the staff are obstructive when it comes to getting details about the order or manager I would avoid at all costs

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING I ordered some Blum soft close hinges at 5pm online they arrived at 11am the next day Great value increasable delivery service which was free as I spent over 50Can t recommend this company enough My carpenter was over the mood Many thanks

I recently rang the company to ask if I could return the hinges if they weren t the right ones I was told yes and also told I would have to pay the return postage - fair enough I ordered the hinges they were the right ones parcel delivered very quickly and well packaged My phone call was dealt with efficiently and with a friendly manner Very satisfied with product and service and would definitely recommend them
