I bought a bathroom lamp heater which was found to be faulty when installed Customer Service sent out a new unit took back the faulty unit and refunded the wasted cost of the electrician Perfect outcome

This was the first time visiting Trade depot and I gotta say it won t be the last The customer service was top notch for my experience from the sales staff the people who directed where to park and to the staff at inwards despatch where you pick up your big items I will definitely recommend to family and friends thanks again and keep up the great work
