Poor experience very poor customer service
Had some 150mm screws delivered which were bent but as we didn t open all the boxes and check them before 7 days had passed they are unwilling to accept them back even though 5 of the boxes are still unopened Very very poor service

listing photo and screw is different
I ordered some gate fixings on a Wednesday evening ahead of a weekend project The website states most orders are delivered next day order before 4pm however to be certain I received the order in time I paid extra for express delivery The order did not arrive on Friday as promised nor did I receive any communication apology from Tradefix Direct Ltd explaining of any difficulty which I appreciate many businesses are currently experiencing due to the Coronavirus Had I received any communication it might have been met with more understanding It was only when I flagged the issue myself that the company realised my priority order had slipped the net this was the explanation given by the business sales advisor Julie Furthermore Julie said that alluded to the fact that it was my fault for having not flagged the issue on day and that had I done so they could have put the order on a Saturday morning delivery A bitter Julie then took it upon herself to refund my order and advised me to visit a DIY shop which I would expect someone in the industry to know do not offer comparable products or perhaps she did know I responded as such accepting the apology and requested the items to be dispatch on Monday for a Tuesday delivery However unfortunately for Julie the large chip on the shoulder remained and she advised again for me to go elsewhere and that is exactly what I did I now thank Julie for saving me 30 30 sourcing my products from IronmongeryDirect with free next day delivery on orders before 8pm as a prospective customer should you be looking to a supplier you can rely on I suggest you do the same You never know when you might need good customer service post sales support and you certainly will not find it with Tradefix Direct I strongly suggest that Tradefix Direct Ltd review their ordering process as well as how they respond to customer feedback and whether they prioritise this over their righteousness and lack of mindfulness The iron-y of all this is that this business resides only 25 miles up the road from my home address

Next day No way
Placed an order for some screws that I needed urgently They claim that 90 of orders are delivered next day They also say that orders placed before 4PM cut-off are shipped same day The screws were in stock they say they will inform if out of stock - they didn t I placed my order at 9 30AM on a Thursday and they had one job to do - pick pack and ship They didn t I didn t receive shipping confirmation until late the next day Friday - so why advertise 90 next day if you can t even manage to ship next day like you claim Poor service Misleading website Won t be getting any more orders from me

Poor customer service
Bought some Nexus Brush In Paving Grout from Tradefix Direct I didnt come use the final tub until nearly 2 years after purchase - it was completely solid clearly a fault with the foil packaging Tradefix Direct refused to replace it despite me providing photos I wont be using them again

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY I ordered some goods I urgently needed on a Thursday before 2pm paid 17 99 for a courier delivery next day before midday and still the following Monday morning we hadn t received the package Work had already commenced on Saturday this impacted us I chased all week long for a refund and still 6 working days later I have not received my refund

This company is horrendous
This company is horrendous I placed an order with them in November The filter didn t fit my Dyson they have a return policy whereby you have to contact them by email and they ll send you a returns label I contacted them the same day I received The item I heard nothing back I sent five more emails after that and still heard nothing back I then found a number online which wasn t taking calls at that point so I tried calling him back with the following week after sending a further email and I got diverted to a mobile I ended up leaving a voice message saying I m going to write a review and how their customer service is terrible and within two minutes of me sending that message I got a returns label by email unfortunately you have to pay to send back the parcel They recommend you do it through parcels to go so I returned my item paid for a service so that I know it would be delivered I sent it on the Friday and it was delivered on the Monday I had a picture of the delivery and a notification waited a couple of days didn t hear anything so I emailed them I then got a reply asking for my order number which I sent back within a couple of hours I heard nothing back the following day I sent another email now they asked me for my tracking number I send it back and still nothing so the following day I send another email and another email and all till now I have no item and no refund This is the worst company I ve ever come across Do not order from them especially if you think you might have to return it because that s impossible I ve now paid an extra 5 on top of and I am I don t even have I ve now had to go through one of my banks to try and get my money back I ordered this item on the 22nd of November That s how long this process has been going on I ve kept every email all the tracking details which I even sent to them with the pictures that were sent to me to show that it was delivered to them but it seems that they just don t want to refund you

I ordered stainless steel nails on 18 July 2018 using standard delivery The next day I received a delivery estimate of a 2 hour time slot early morning which is when they arrived I was very impressed and will definitely use again

knowledgeable staff helped find the right parts for my job Ordered Thursday morning and they were delivered by 9 am the next day The joist brackets nails and screws all look and feel top quality and I saved over 60 compared to buying from local builders merchant DIY stores
