I have been running the TradePilot EA for about 3 months now So far I have been very pleased with the performance It doesn t win all the time but it does win most of the time I have also been impressed with the help from both Tim and Gabriel as well as the Discord community Overall I would recommend

TradePilot EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT Customer Service Fiasco as a New Tier 3 Customer
Bought Tier 3 Trial Subscription on Thursday 13 March 2025 I was pretty excited and followed all of the instructions However I had to contact Customer Service because as promised the Key File was NOT in the Shared Google Folder There was no email for Tier 3 24 7 Support nor any email for Tier 3 period The training videos are poorly constructed The instructions are missing key portions They share a Google Folder and the most important required Updated File from the instructions is NOT there I first emailed them Thursday with a full description of what I successfully did about 95 and that the specific file was missing and requested a session to review the set up to ensure that I could get everything ready to trade Tier 3 is ADVERTISED AS A FULL INSTALLATION SERVICE NO RESPONSE I then contacted Customer Support on Telegram it has only 120 or so registered subscribers on Telegram which gives you a clear picture of its subscriber base and only four or so were chatting at all from Thursday to Today Sunday I asked some simple questions - no response - and I asked for specific help I requested help on Telegram which was never stated as the Source for Tier 3 Help They have NO ESTABLISHED TIER 3 SUPPORT AND I was told that I was NOT a Customer I apologized as if I somehow came across as rude The rep also apologized but then continued to state that I was asking far more than I should be asking I replied that I was just following the installation instructions and that the critical FILE WAS MISSING He said that he would install it and requested my logon information RED FLAG I gave the information and no file was provided on Saturday I contacted them on Saturday No response On Sunday I contacted them again and he retorted again YOU ARE NOT A CUSTOMER I INSTALLED THE FILE ON THE WEEKEND WHICH WAS A FAVOR TO YOU I THEN CHECKED AND THE FILE WASN T THERE THERE WAS AN UNAUTHORIZED TRADE I then complained and stated How am I supposed to be able to use a Free Trial if the files aren t all there AND THEN I saw that THEY MADE UNAUTHORIZED TRADES AND A LOSING TRADE - FOR around 38 00 USD The Telegram support person got hostile making my requests seem unimportant and that if I wanted any assistance at all I d have to be a Paying Customer Wow so I send a second Email believing that this would get to their Leadership Team NOPE HE ANSWERED THE EMAIL STATING THIS ISN T CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND I AINT READING ALL OF THAT AND SINCE I SEE YOU WILL BE A HEADACHE I M CANCELLING YOUR ACCOUNT What What Kind of Customer Service and Customer Retention is that Before I am a customer they lose me I wanted this to work hello don t they understand customers I am a professional I told them I did pay money to invest with their Company namely MY TIME the Requirements to get a VPN a Broker and set up their system this takes a bit of time - OH AND THEY ARE NOT US-BASED AND ALL OF THEIR BROKERS AND SUCH ARE NOT IN THE US THAT S A RED FLAG AS WELL So THEN I have to reach out to the Brokerage to ensure that the Server Connection with Trade Pilots is canceled what a headache And now I have to check with my bank to ensure this poorly managed poorly operated company that allows such lack of support is prevented from stealing any more of my money Oh and the Brokers they use DO NOT SUPPORT NORMAL BLOCKCHAIN-BASED DEPOSITS LIKE PAYPAL PLAID AND THEN THE ONLY OPTION IS TO PAY THROUGH CRYPTO THIRD RED FLAGEXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING

Very good EA
Very good EA yes has its up and downs and just because its having a rough time which is not that rough really but i can seem like it at first glance sometimes Keep it running maybe reduce risk and just let it run and see for yourself
