I reacted to an ad on the internet where Elon Musk Sir Richard Branson Martin Lewis and a whole body of celebrities were praising the Software of Elon Musk and encouraging all Brits to join up with QuantamAI by filling in your details and you will be contacted by a fund manager who will then take you through the registration process l was contacted and i duly registered and paid the 250 00 minimum investment I later discovered this firm was Trader-Republic but i was assigned a Broker by the name of Kevin a very abrupt bordering on rude person who seem capable and he eventually banked a 10 00 profit to my Bank account and wanted another investment of 250 00 so that l could make more money but when l told Kevin l had no more money he raised his voice and said You do not want to trade l am not be phoning you anymore and disconnected the call I have made numeous attempts to have my money refunded by l am being ignored by the company I warn all would be investors to avoid Trader-Republic co like the plague Do not confuse Trade Republic with these dubious traders What a bargain for Trader-Republic co They take your minimum investment of 250 pay you a 10 dividend then close your account Keeping The orginal minimum in their coffers This company cannot honour their own agreements

this company is a total scam please stay away from them they will ask for investment ring daily to place trades but when yoy want to withdraw they wont allow it anyway names to look out for nicolas artino apparently an account manger

Read before opening and account

Do not open an account Your money it s not secure The app has bugs and trades are executed automatically by mistake and you are left alone CS is almost inexistant I open 3 or 4 chats with CS and they closed them automatically without a solution In details I had 11k in amazon I entered a Limit Sell The stock never reached the limit level so I sold my stocks A week later the limit sell automatically executed without Amazon stocks in my portfolio and without Trade Republic offering short positions Out of the blue I got 11k credited into my account and a negative open transaction I reached CS several times without solution saying that an email would detail the solution and closing the chat before I could reply After 2 weeks of intend to get a solution I finally received an email saying I needed to settle the negative transaction that now was 12k and that I needed to pay from my pocket the difference I think red alert is an understatement I close all my transactions and took my money out leaving the 11k credited for Trade Republic to fix it They settle automatically the position and delete the history of my chats with CS Now the acount has 0 5k negative and Im trying to close my account Do not open an account with them and is you one take your money out From one moment to the next you could be in my situation

I have opened an account very recently I am having trouble ordering the classic card I have reported this problem 3 times however Trade Republic does not seem to understand my query and I received AI generated answers that do not address the issue I cannot recommend this app Filled with bugs and dysfunctional customer experience Unclear process Please avoid this service

I had an account with this company as initially deposited of 250 us dollars them and some of their so called financial managers tried to ask me to deposit more but told them I don t have it Changed to the a same one with same idea asking me to add more money Giving him same as before one don t have it And finally refused to answer my emails And block me lastly
