Avoid the all costs or waste of money they sell them off to you when you re buying a phone as if you can get an upgrade every year which is not true as I found that out the hard way I ve been paying for 2 years and then when I call to upgrade my phone they said they can only give you a new phone of what you already own so that s not really an upgrade and an addition to that you have to pay 250 service fee so it s not worth the money with that money you pay a month you can actually pay for an insurance where you can really upgrade your phone so there s no upgrades and when you tell them that they ll tell you well you should have read the booklet that came with it but when you have a few moments to spare at JB Hi-Fi when you making the purchase you don t really expect to read the whole booklet so it s a waste of money

Do NOT purchase this plan We purchased a plan for our couch that was supposed to include a free cleaning I tried for 3 weeks to schedule my free cleaning Never got it I received a 5 tube of stain removal solution in the mail Total rip off and waste of 299 dollars I can t believe NFM pushes this crap
