Smooth and well supported process

I wasn t aware of Train2Train until I did this course They were chose by my employer and they enrolled me I must say that the process was very smooth and I was supported at every step of the process The assessment process is quite complex but there was sufficient information provided to navigate the set up with ease I got 90 which for a 50 year old who hasn t done anything like that for a very long time I was very pleased

Great training with a straightforward exam

The training process was easy to follow and easy to do bit by bit so that the amount of content didn t seem overwhelming The mini assessments throughout the training set me up well for the actual exam The exam was easy to set up with helpful guidance sent in advance and straightforward to complete For someone who isn t good at exams I was worried but the training beforehand prepared me well and i passed

I had never heard of Train2Train before signing up for one of their courses That said I cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely go back to them in the future for any other relevant training that they offer Their communication is above excellent - there is always somone on the end of the phone which is always answered immediately who is knowledgable patient and happy to advise or help The training course itself was easy to follow and the online exam straightforward to set up Having passed the exam they then sent through a super helpful follow up email explaining how to go about applying for my licence how to fill in the forms and what I needed to include with the application All in all they have gone above and beyond what I expected from signing up to an online training resource which I originally picked because they had the most competitive price Wouldn t hesitate to recommend - thank you Train2Train
