Trainsplit and Tony in particular was excellent in handling my query about changing my train time They replied quickly and efficiently to my email and I was able to change my train to a later one for only the cost of a 5 admin fee

Exceptional customer service
I ve only been using Trainsplit for the past 6 months but have been really impressed with them I ve recently had to two trips cancelled and the way they manage the refund process is exceptional The first cancellation was due to a fatality on the line and I receive a full refund for the whole trip within 2 minutes of emailing The second cancellation was due to my husbands health and they dealt with it in a human and pragmatic way - I dealt with a lovely guy called Mike on the email The customer experience they offer has won them a loyal customer in me

Excellent customer service
I mistakenly duplicated my booking on 4 10 for travel on 26 10 and was refunded immediately On 25 10 the day before travel I was confused about which were the cancelled tickets - which were invalid - and the valid tickets that I could travel with I emailed customer services they responded immediately and resolved everything for me Thank you

Full refund No quibble
I booked an non-refundable ticket Advance Due to medical issues I am currently neither able to travel nor know when I may be able to do so - therefore not able to rebook In theory that s an expensive train ticket down the drain However I provided supporting evidence re the medical concern and the refund was processed within five minutes or less no questions no long complicated conversations or debates Fantastic Customer Service

Fair prices and good customer service Split tickets usually the most cost effective way to buy If you need a refund prior to travel they don t overcharge usually 5 admin fee the online system is slick and they answer emails if you have an issue Jonathan particularly helpful Recommended

A excellent website and app Very easy to use It s saved me hundreds traveling by train it always gets the cheapest price available With some sites Fixed tickets are common but with Trainsplit you can get Felxiable tickets that gives you wiggle room to connect to other services And one tip I ve learnt Book well in advance

Super efficient and friendly customer service
When booking my train tickets I had unbeknownst to me accidentally mistyped my email address for my return journey I was concerned when my tickets hadn t arrived 24hours before my journey I emailed customer service about 8pm querying where my tickets were I received an automated email advising that the office hours were 0930 till 1700 and so anticipated having to worry all evening However at 10pm I had a lovely email from David advising me what had happened and rectifying my issue and wishing my a safe journey Super efficient pleasant and easy access customer service Thank you
