- I would just like to thank Jacob Somen for his excellent customer service Jacob makes interactions really easy and always looks for an extra solution to my queries if the initial fix doesn t work He always sends email updates afterwards and lets me know where we are at and what he will be doing next Nothing is ever too much for him to do He is an asset to your company

Very good support We have worked with then and finished the contract however they still helped us when we needed it We got stolen vehicle and had old tracker from trakm8 then they reactivated the unit for us and shared the location and we finally found the vehicle

We have been customer of TrakM8 for a few years now for vehicle trackers and cameras on our fleet of thirty trucks and vans Our main point of contact is Phil Bidmead-Coughtrey who goes the extra mile to reduce cost to serve but also get the best solution for us the most recent a more technical solution was needed but was quickly established and will be fitted in the next few days Great job
